## What one person making every map means in practice

Every map is drawn for one couple from the details they send, and the same
person reads the brief, draws the map and answers the messages. That is why a
draft comes back within 3 days and why questions get
answered in a few hours rather than going into a queue.

It is also the reason for the limits. The map carries 5–8 milestones, and
the revision round covers corrections and small details rather than a
re-composition, because the whole drawing is built around the sequence of stops.

## Where the work happens

Orders, messages and files all go through Etsy, which handles payment, currency
and buyer protection. There is no separate checkout, account or mailing list on
this site.
